The word transition means to change and it implies changing from the inside out. The word transition, from the Latin transitĭo, is the action and effect to change from one state to a different one; a change in the way of being. It is generally understood as a process with a certain extension in time, that is to say, it is not an overnight change. We need to understand that without a transition there is no establishing. In order for the kingdom of heaven to be established at its fullness in our lives there must be a transition in the heart, and for that to happen we need to make ourselves available from out hearts.
